Easy Returns
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- All original tags, manuals, and accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Opened snorkels, mouthpieces, and swimwear (due to hygiene)
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@diventures.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide return instructions and, if eligible, a return shipping label.
- Pack and ship the item back. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the item. You’ll get an email confirmation once your return is complete.
Exchanges
