We want you to love your gear. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Easy Returns

You may return new, unused items within 30 days of original purchase for a refund or exchange. All returns are shipped to our store in Omaha, Nebraska. 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • All original tags, manuals, and accessories must be included

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Opened snorkels, mouthpieces, and swimwear (due to hygiene)
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

  1. Go to our returns page and submit your order number and zip code.
  2. Select item you would like to return and return reason.
  3. We’ll provide return instructions and, if eligible, a return shipping label.
  4. Pack and ship the item back. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the item. You’ll get an email confirmation once your return is complete.

Exchanges
