If you find the exact same item for a lower price on an authorized online retailer’s site within 30 days of your purchase—or if our own price drops we’ll refund you the difference. Just send us the details, and we’ll make it right.

We’ll also match valid manufacturer promotions, as long as they’re from an authorized source and the item is in stock on our site.

What qualifies?

• The item must be the exact same (brand, model, size, etc.).
• It has to be in stock on both sites.
• The other site must be an authorized online retailer—no auction sites or third-party marketplaces.
• The price match request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

How to request a price match

Email us at support@diventures.com with:

• Your order number
• A link or screenshot of the lower price
• The date and time you saw it

We'll take care of the rest.
